Lesson 13

Last week we looked at Micah 6 and Luke 5 and 7 (AMPC) and saw how a soul wounded by sin or trauma can cause sickness. Did you know that those diseases can cause people to die before their appointed time? Did you know it’s not God’s will that we should die of illness or disease? We are supposed to pass away and go on to glory at our appointed time filled with vitality, strength, peace, and no disease. We are just supposed to lay down to sleep and then wake up in heaven. That is the will of God. Let me prove it to you.

Let’s look at Job 21:23 (KJV). Here we see two different men die, and the results of one man dying is in the will of God, while the other man dying out of the will of God. It says, “One dieth in his full strength, being wholly at ease and quiet. His breasts are full of milk. His bones are moistened with marrow, and another dieth in the bitterness of soul.” Do you see the difference?

Let’s look at the first man, he dies with full strength, energy, vitality, and strength. It says, “…being wholly at ease and quiet, breasts full of milk, bones moistened with marrow…” That’s how we’re supposed to go. The Bible says we have an appointed time to die and when that day comes we should be running marathons! We should be busy chasing our grandchildren around, being with our family and our friends, walking, jogging, exercising, swimming, working out, being healthy, being strong and vital, having no illness, disease, disaster, ailments, or trouble. Then suddenly your appointed day comes, we lay down, and bam, we’re gone. Our family finds us in bed with a peaceful smile on our face. That’s the will of God for us.

How does the other man die? “Another dieth in bitterness of soul.” People are dying out of their appointed time of diseases and disorders, and it’s because they have wounds in their soul that are allowing them to get sick and die. Let me prove it to you further, Hebrews 9:27 says, that all men have an appointed time to die. God has actually assigned a specific moment when each one of us is to pass into glory.

A lot of people are dying out of God’s time. How do I know for sure? Because if they weren’t, Jesus would have never raised anybody from the dead. Think about it. What does Jesus say in John 5:19? I only do what I see the Father doing, meaning Jesus would never do anything that would be contrary to the will of God. He only does the will of God, what he sees the Father doing. So what would happen if somebody died out of God’s time because everybody has an appointed time to die? Would Jesus say, “Well, I know he was supposed to die today, but I’m going to resurrect him from the dead anyway?” Wouldn’t Jesus be rebelling against the Father? If the man died at God’s appointed time and Jesus resurrected him that would mean Jesus was going against the will of the Father, which he would never do. Jesus resurrected people. If Jesus resurrected people, it means it wasn’t their appointed time to die.

Jesus resurrected Lazarus, it must not have been his time. He resurrected Jairus’ daughter and the widow of Nain’s son. Again, it must not have been their time because if it was, Jesus wouldn’t have resurrected them. These deaths must not have been the perfect will of the Father.

Job 21:23 tells us that bitterness of soul is killing people before their time, “…another dies in the bitterness of soul.” When people are wounded in their soul, those wounds allow disease and disorder to come upon them and kill them before their appointed time. Lazarus died out of God’s timing because he had a wound in his soul that opened him up to getting a sickness that caused him to die. Let’s look at some proof. Notice how many times the word “sick” is used in these verses. John 11:1-4 (KJV) “Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.) Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, ‘Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.’ When Jesus heard that, he said, ‘This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.’” In these few verses the word “sick” is mentioned four times.

I have more to tell you about people dying before their time, but once again I am out of space to go further. Next week I will bring you more proofs on this important subject.

This has sooo blessed me because I am tired of going to funerals of people who had cancer and the preacher says, ” You were praying for God to heal him/her and he did it through death”. I sit there and I’m like no, no this couldn’t be correct. Thank you Katie for sharing your teachings, I am going to become a partner with the ministry because it is my intention to live a full, productive, and prosperous life according to the will, the plan and the purposes of God for me!!!!

I have watched several people I have known die before their time. The last one was just 6 weeks ago. A indeed woman my my age who just didn’t get it. She have several soul wounds. I had suggested to her ministers counseling, but she just didn’t get it. It’s very burdensome to me seeing how the enemy has blinded the children of God.
