We Are Raising Up

An Army To Our God!

God is using the Prison Outreach of Expected End Ministries in powerful ways to bring HOPE and HEALING to a wounded world. We are currently serving inmates in more than 3,500 prisons across the United States and in several foreign countries. To date, we have distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Katie’s book, “The Captivity Series: The Key to Your Expected End” to God’s incarcerated people. This powerful teaching is based on the stories of Israel’s captivities, and it draws vital lessons for freedom and victorious living from their examples.

Katie began writing this book while she was still in prison, and it is full of stories from her own miraculous prison experience. Today, hundreds of prison Chaplains are using “The Captivity Series” for their inmate Bible studies. Every month we receive countless letters (see more on this below) from both Chaplains and inmates alike, on the awesome transforming power of this book! Inside the walls of prisons, we are teaching these men and women how to prepare to receive a revelation of their own God-ordained “expected end” (Jeremiah 29:11). We believe once a person learns his or her true purpose and calling in life, they are forever changed!

Another exciting part of our Prison Outreach is the Miracle Healing Prison Tours. 3 John 1:2 says, that we will prosper and be in good health, even as our soul prospers. Every year Katie holds many miracle-healing conferences inside prisons. While there, she teaches inmates how to move in the supernatural to receive healing in every part of their being. These prison tours are one of Katie’s favorite things to do because she loves seeing The Lord’s hand supernatural working wonders and miracles among these men and woman, many never having experienced God in this way before!  Perhaps you may know someone presently incarcerated who also could truly benefit from The Captivity Series. Thanks to the love and generosity of partners and friends just like you we are privileged to send them a copy absolutely free!

“I recall one day, after years of incarceration, filling out a form and thinking the date I had just written on it seemed familiar for some reason. Then, it hit me. It was my birthday.” –Robert Souza

Both Katie and Robert recall how, when facing their long sentences, time became a test of endurance. Birthdays and holidays lost all significance. Mail call was special, when there was something it in for them. KSM receives hundreds of letters from inmates every month and we attempt to answer every one because we know how important it is to recognize them. Many inmates are active Partners for the ministry and give tithes and offerings, usually in postage stamps. Inmates send us artwork and stories and teachings they author.  We have a group called,  “Prison Prayer Warrior Team” whose members have dedicated themselves to praying and interceding for KSM. Once a quarter, we send them prayer directives. To our Inmate Partners and Prayer Team, we send a newsletter, with updates for the ministry and a short teaching by Katie. And, of course, we ship hundreds of free copies of “The Captivity Series; The Key to Your Expected End” every month.

Finally, Katie actively seeks opportunities to minister inside prisons. Because of the popularity of her book and because of her past, she connects with inmates immediately. As one former inmate said, “She gave us hope.”

The demand is so extraordinary, we could ship 100,000 books a year, if we had the funding.  All donations to our inmate book fund are one hundred percent tax deductible and your entire gift will go directly towards that purpose. You can be one important key to an inmate receiving his or her expected end. If you would like to sponsor a case of books to be sent to a prison, you may do so here.

From The Inside Out

Expected End Ministries is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Prison Ministry based in Maricopa, Arizona. It was founded in 2006 by Katie Souza.  Katie and her small staff serve people who are imprisoned as the results of sin and trauma in their lives, whether they are inside or outside prison cells.

EEM is committed to reaching those who are incarcerated, by partnering with the body of Christ in fulfilling the heart of the Lord, expressed in Matthew 25:36. “Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.”  We serve God’s people who are in every form of captivity and prison! Expected End Ministries is supported by people like you who want to help the Body of Christ grow through evangelism and discipleship. Your gifts help make this happen.
